SOUTHERN COLONY REGISTRATION FORM

Thanks to a generous offer from Eastern Shore SPCA, NACC is able to offer services to the southern half of the ESVA again in 2024! If you live outside our usual operating area, now’s your chance!

This form is ONLY for colonies covered under our special 2024 SOUTHERN Accomack Community Cats dates!
If you live "North of Onley and west of Wallops" please use our standard colony registration form here.

TNR services are for outdoor/feral/community cats only! We cannot provide services for indoor/pet cats.

If you are managing or know of multiple colonies, please fill out a form for EACH colony separately! Colonies must have an identified feeder/caretaker/responsible party for us to work with you. We do not trap random cats with no one to speak for them.

We will use the information from this form to contact you for more details. Your information will never be shared outside NACC without your permission.

The cost is $25 per cat and includes spay/neuter, rabies vaccination, and ear tip. Ear tips are mandatory.

Our “Southern” dates fill up very quickly, so we may not get to everyone, but we will get to as many folks as we can. Thank you for your understanding.

New for 2022: we now ask for your mailing address so that we can send you any follow-up information that may be necessary (for example, copies of vaccination certificates or post-op instructions for minor procedures.)
