If you are managing or know of multiple colonies, please fill out a form for EACH colony separately! Colonies must have an identified feeder/caretaker/responsible party for us to work with you. We do not trap random cats with no one to speak for them.

We will use the information from this form to contact you for more details. Your information will never be shared outside NACC without your permission.

The cost is $25 per cat and includes spay/neuter, rabies vaccination, and ear tip. Ear tips are mandatory. No exceptions.

Please be aware that we have a waiting list! Filling out this form gets you into our database and onto our waiting list, which can be a few months long at any given time.
